Marketing experience

I have 15 years prior experience in social work, most recently geriatric and would gladly apply these skills for Sellers- to relocate to retirement living or Buyers- find the home to last into their golden years. I do have access and am able to refer an occupational therapist for an in home evaluation to suggest modifications that will minimize range of motion or mobility issues associated with disabilities or aging.
In contrast I truly enjoy working with first time home buyers and will provide a fiee first time home buyer information kit to each client. My career goal is to build life long relationships with each client so that I can provide them with their first to last home!

I am actively seeking properties to build listing inventory. Especially handicapped
accessible or potentially adaptable i.e. wide hallways, single level
 

Personal

Lifelong area resident married to Jonn for 25 years. W& have two children Matthew (24) and Rebecca (15). We also just made a recent move toia new home after 15 years. Sitting on that side of the table really updated my perspective.;
I enjoy reading, gardening, wildlife observation, and of course decorating my new(used)home.
